Please read this before you send a deposit. I would rather answer a question now than have either of us confused about a booking later.

The short version

When your booking is actually confirmed

Sending the form is an inquiry, not a booking. We still need to agree the session, date, time, venue, duration, price, boundaries and any special requests in writing. Your booking is confirmed only after I accept it and receive the required deposit.

The 50% deposit

I ask for 50% of the total agreed price to hold your date. This website does not take payment. I will confirm the payment method, when the balance is due and any travel or venue costs before you send money.

If either of us cancels

  • If I cannot attend the confirmed session, I refund your full deposit.
  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, I refund your full deposit.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, I refund half of your deposit. Because the deposit is 50% of the total price, the refund is 25% of the total session price.
  • There is currently no automatic refund percentage for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours. I will tell you the applicable outcome in writing before you pay the deposit.

The notice period starts when I receive your cancellation through the contact channel we agreed to use.

Rescheduling, delays and travel

A request to move the session depends on my availability and is not confirmed until I accept it in writing. Weather, travel problems, venue access or something outside either person’s control may mean choosing a new date. We will confirm in writing what happens to the deposit.

Adults only, and what these sessions are

You must be a consenting adult aged 18 or older. I offer private wrestling, boxing, MMA, domination and fetish-style sessions. I do not offer certified coaching, therapy or formal sports instruction. Before we meet, tell me honestly about your experience, injuries, medical conditions and physical limitations. A session is not medical care and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Consent, behavior and safety

We agree the activities, intensity, limits and stop signal before we begin. Either of us can pause or stop at any time if something feels unsafe or goes beyond what we discussed. Harassment, pressure, intoxication, undisclosed weapons or threatening behavior will end the session.

Venue and equipment

We use a lawful venue that is private where needed and suitable for the session. We agree any equipment and who pays venue fees before the booking is confirmed.

Recording and privacy

No photos, audio or video unless everyone involved says yes beforehand. I handle your inquiry and personal details discreetly, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If these terms change

I may update these terms for future bookings. The version shown when you pay the deposit applies unless we both agree to something else in writing. A clear booking-specific written agreement takes priority over these general terms.
